Baked California Blend with Four Cheese Bacon and Jalapeno 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Total    Time: 40 minutes    Number of Servings: 6-8

Baked vegetable side dish with bacon and a little heat! sauce of mild creamy cheeses and tangy Parmesan.
"I prepared a double recipe of this dish the night before Thanksgiving. I then cooked it the following day, it turned out nicely."

Ingredients
1/2 bag California Blend (764), frozen (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
6 Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811), thawed and chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 jalepeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
1. Preheat oven at 350F.
2. Mixture together California blend, bacon, milk, jalapenos, cheddar, mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper.
3. Pour mixture into a large deep casserole dish.
4. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 30 minutes or golden brown

Make your own homemade cranberry sauce this year for Thanksgiving using fresh cranberries.This easy recipe is so simple yet yields amazing Ingredients
12 oz bag fresh cranberries
3/4 cup orange juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
Optional: 2 oz gold rum the rum really adds flavor
Instructions 
Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium-high for 15-20 minutes or until most of the liquid has reduced – stirring occasionally. You’ll hear the cranberries popping – don’t worry, that’s what you want them to do. Remove from heat and serve. Cranberry sauce can be made days ahead and brought to room temperature or slightly heated before serving. I doubled the recipe and it came out tasty..
